Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority mail. We do our best to  ship within 24-48 hours from when your order is placed. Most orders are shipped next day, Friday orders before 12 noon (EST) will ship on the following Mondays, Friday orders after 12 noon (EST) will be ship Tuesday mornings. We observe all Federal and National holidays.

All delivery times are based upon USPS priority mail standards. Each customer is sent a confirmation email which includes a tracking number to track packages as they travel to you.  

International orders are subject to customs and duty charges. If applicable, fees must be paid before receiving package once they arrive in your country.

Priority Mail
We utilize USPS priority mail for all packages.

Overnight
We do not offer overnight delivery options.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Although we do not accept any returns for refunds or exchanges of shipped products, you may cancel an order before it ships by calling or emailing us.

Damaged/Defective Products

Damaged or defective bottles may be replaced after contacting us via:

Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective bottles. It is our mission to provide the best version of our line to each customer every time. We do not take it lightly if our customers receive defective items. We will make it our first priority to replace your product to make it right.
